We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer – Civil to join our team and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and finish.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detail, has strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, and is passionate about improving the quality of construction at every stage.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Inspection & Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on concrete, steel, aggregates, and other civil materials to ensure compliance with standards.Workmanship Inspection: Monitor the quality of work carried out by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and best practices.Quality Management System (QMS): Implement and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation across assigned sites.Defect Identification & Rectification: Identify non-conformities in civil works and work with the project team to ensure timely corrective action.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection and testing records, and prepare regular quality reports for project stakeholders.Training & Guidance: Provide on-site training and technical guidance to site teams on quality standards and procedures.Quality Assessments: Conduct assessments of civil construction processes to drive continuous improvement.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.2–7 years of experience in Quality Control/QA-QC for real estate or building construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction materials testing and quality standards.Experience in implementing and maintaining QMS at project sites.Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with site teams and drive adherence to quality practices.
