The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for the company’s biscuit portfolio across platforms.This role requires a strong understanding of digital media, marketplace advertising, data analytics, and ROI-driven campaign management.Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute performance marketing strategy aligned to Alternate Channel growth objectivesDrive traffic, conversions, and revenue through paid digital mediaBuild full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversionPlan campaign calendars aligned with platform events, seasonal demand, and product launches2. Marketplace Advertising ManagementManage advertising across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart etc.Optimize Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and platform-led promotionsImprove product visibility, keyword rankings, and share of searchWork closely with platform account managers to maximize ROI3. Media Planning & ExecutionPlan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platformsManage performance campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and SocialOptimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metricsConduct A/B testing for creatives, keywords, and landing pages4. Budget ManagementOwn and manage performance marketing budgetsAllocate spends across platforms based on ROI and growth potentialTrack daily/weekly spends and optimize accordinglyEnsure efficient cost per acquisition and return on ad spend5. Analytics & ReportingTrack and monitor campaign performance metricsBuild dashboards for traffic, conversions, ROAS, and revenueGenerate weekly and monthly performance reportsDerive insights and recommend optimization actions6. Product & Content OptimizationWork with brand and design teams to create performance creativesOptimize product listings for better conversionsImprove PDP content including images, keywords, and descriptionsDrive rating & review improvement initiatives7. Platform Event PlanningPlan performance marketing for platform events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.)Drive visibility during sale events and category promotionsCollaborate with sales team for discounting and promotions8.
