POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: Definition of Procurement budget for SCM purchase and ensure adherence to the budget (plan vs achievement)Define Procure to Pay process for SCM purchase and streamline the process across FabindiaPrepare AOP for Home, eCommerce, Personal Care, FabcafeVendor Contract Negotiation & Contract Analysis support to SCMAnalyse new business proposals from a commercial standpointPrepare and monitor budget for stock liquidationOversee Finance & Accounts function for FabcafeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Evaluate past trends of planned OPEX vs actual spent across SCM, Apparel, Home, Personal Care & FabcafeOversee OPEX for current financial year (plan vs achievement) and highlight any variances to all the relevant stakeholdersShare cost optimization avenues (example - moving from job work to DP vendor, product changes, rate contracts with logistics vendors, etc.) and analyse the impact of these decisions on key financial metricsAnalyse new business/Capex proposals received from businesses and share inputs from a commercial standpointDefine the overall Procure to Pay guidelines framework for SCM purchase in line with the Product Life Cycle and ensure adherence to the sameEnsure all PRs to PO conversions are as per the SLA guidelines and ensure timely payments to vendors as per agreementStandardize PO formats/contracts for SCM purchaseReview all contracts and purchase documentation to ensure negotiations are based on advantageous costs & terms with vendors/consultantsOwn and drive annual cost savings targets on any SCM related purchaseLead negotiations to optimize the financial terms of contract with key vendors/suppliers and sign off the final requirementsEnsure signing of rate contracts across purchase category to ensure standardization across FabinidiaBudget preparation for Stock liquidation with managementMonitor stock liquidation budget (plan vs achievement)Consolidate Annual Business Plan for e-Commerce, Home, PC, Fabcafe & share with Head – F&AOversee entire Finance & Accounts operations for FabcafeJOB SPECIFICATION: (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)Years of Functional Experience: 12+ years of relevant experienceDegree/Diploma: Post Graduate in Finance/ Cost AccountingRole: Team ManagementKnowledge & Skills: Analytical SkillsForecasting & BudgetingCommercial AcumenDetail OrientationInterested candidates please share resume at
