This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.Job SummaryAs a Remote Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store like Carousell, Shopee and Lazada. You will be responsible for managing various ecommerce-related tasks, assisting customers, and maintaining the overall functionality of our online platform.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the uploading and updating of product listings across eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Carousell).Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via chat and platform tools.Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges.Process customer orders efficiently and accurately in coordination with the onsite operations team.Work closely with the onsite team to manage order fulfillment, monitor order status, and proactively address delays or issues.Generate reports on eCommerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teamQualifications:Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Prior experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service is advantageous.Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Carousell, Lazada, etc.) and content management systems.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
