Job Description

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team for Aerospace and Defence segment. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.Your responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social mediaMaintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetingsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial dataEnsure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrationsDisplay efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managersCollaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better resultsRecord sales & order information and report the same to the internal teamKeep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the teamPresales activities – study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, Update CRM on timely mannerSales – Make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals in benefit of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentationPost Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal’s teams, Timely recovery of paymentSkill sets/Experience we require:3-5 years proven work experience in Product SalesGood verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge to position company and product solution to prospects Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniquesSelf-motivated with a result driven approachMustering internal and external support needed for affecting a saleCommercial acumen to ensure profitabilityTarget oriented alignment of activitiesNetworking with sales ecosystemGood knowledge and experience working on MS OfficeHands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantageQualification required:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) (preferred Mechanical)• MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
