We are open to working with specialists based anywhere — the US, India or globally — as long as you have proven experience with the US Amazon marketplace specifically.The Role:We are looking for one dedicated Amazon PPC Specialist who will treat this account with the focus and attention it deserves. This is not a volume role. This is a results role.Our listings are fully optimised. Our brand is registered. Our foundation is in place. What we need now is someone who can drive sales through intelligent keyword strategy, structured campaign management and daily ad optimisation.What You Will Own:Campaign Structure & Management:• Build and manage a proper four-tier campaign structure — auto, broad, phrase and exact match• Daily monitoring and optimisation of all Sponsored Products campaigns• Competitor ASIN and product targeting campaigns• Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns — leveraging our registered brand status fullyKeyword Strategy:• In depth keyword research using tools beyond Amazon — Helium 10, Data Dive, Cerebro or equivalent• Weekly search term harvesting — moving converting terms to exact match, adding non-converting terms as negatives• Listing and keyword alignment — ensuring our copy and campaigns speak the same language• Competitor reverse ASIN research — finding keywords driving sales for similar products• AI search optimisation awareness — understanding how buyers now use AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to discover products, and ensuring our keyword and listing strategy reflects this shiftBid & Budget Management:• Strategic budget allocation — scaling winners, cutting waste, protecting converting terms• Dayparting — adjusting bids for peak US shopping hours• AI or automation tools for real-time bid optimisation — Scale Insights, Perpetua or equivalent• TACoS trending downward month over month — non-negotiableSeasonal Planning:• Campaign planning 4 to 6 weeks in advance for Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Season and Mother's Day• Budget recommendations for each sales event with a clear rationaleReporting:• Structured weekly report — converting terms, waste identified, decisions made, next steps• Clear reasoning behind every bid change, budget shift and campaign decisionWhat We Are Not Looking For:• Agencies managing multiple accounts with a junior assigned to ours• Fixed retainers with no accountability tied to actual sales• Reports full of numbers with no decisions or direction• Anyone running only auto campaigns without a structured approach• Anyone who cannot explain exactly why they made a specific bid changeAbout Compensation:We are not offering a flat monthly retainer. We want a performance-linked engagement:• Modest base fee to cover your time and tools• Performance component tied directly to ad-attributed sales generatedWhen Élevé grows, you grow. If you are confident in your ability to drive results on the US Amazon marketplace, this structure should excite you.Who Are We Looking For:• Proven experience managing US Amazon accounts specifically — not just Indian or other marketplaces• Experience working with registered Amazon brands — Brand Registry knowledge essential• Experience with home décor, kitchen or lifestyle categories preferred• Strong understanding of US consumer search behaviour and buying intent• Awareness of how AI search is changing how buyers discover products• Proficient in Helium 10, Data Dive, Cerebro or similar keyword research tools• Experience with AI or automation tools for bid management• Available for daily account monitoring across US time zones• Open to performance based compensation modelTo Be Considered, Please Answer These Questions:1.
