MySivi aims to improve English communication skills through its innovative AI technology.Compensation: Upto 50,000 INR per monthLocation: In-office, HSR layoutWhat will you do ?Own and grow MySivi’s social media presence end-to-endBuild and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teamsDevelop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing formats)Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiativesLeverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scalePlan and execute growth strategies with clear KPIs and a practical roadmapDrive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content creationBuild strong platform expertise, especially on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)Explore and experiment with international content distribution strategies (good to have)What do we need ?Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystemsExperience managing or scaling social media pagesAbility to think distribution-first, not just content-firstHands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plusFamiliarity with AI tools for content creation is preferredStrong analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iterationHigh ownership, speed, and execution abilityGreat energy and fun to work withPlease apply only if you are passionate about content, growth, and building from scratch, and are comfortable working from the office.
