About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to drive Executive Compensation and Equity/Stock Incentive Programs across Infosys and its Group Companies.This role combines strategic reward design with hands-on ownership. You will shape leadership compensation frameworks, build financial and cost models, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive stock and compensation programs end-to-end across multiple entities.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in compensation design, strong analytical and modeling capability, and the maturity to work in a complex, global, multi-business environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive Compensation Design & AnalysisDesign and refine senior leadership compensation structures including fixed pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.Conduct benchmarking, pay mix modeling, competitiveness analysis.Develop clear, data-backed recommendations and decision-support materials for senior leadership.Equity / Stock Incentive Program LeadershipLead the design and administration of Stock Incentive Plans (RSUs, PSUs, LTIP programs) across Infosys and its Group Companies.Manage grant cycles, vesting schedules, allocation principles, and performance-based award processes.Maintain all plan documentation, rules, governance controls, reporting templates and compliance requirements.Program Governance, Process Excellence and Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and continuously improve policies, SOPs and frameworks.Drive process simplification, standardization, and digitization of compensation and equity programs.Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and accurate reporting through close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Company Secretary, Payroll, HR Systems teams and external vendor partners.Incorporate external insights to strengthen program competitiveness and governance.Partner effectively across including senior HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align on program requirements and execution.Build communication material to enable clarity and understanding of reward programs Candidate Profile:Experience12–15+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, with significant hands-on exposure to Executive Compensation and/or Equity/Stock Incentive Program design and administration.Experience in large/global organizations, diversified group structures, or compensation advisory firms.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling, scenario building.Ability to structure compensation design frameworks and translate business and performance priorities into reward programsMature stakeholder management and influencing skillsHigh attention to detail combined with excellent written and verbal communicationHigh integrity and commitment to confidentiality
