Safety Governance & Compliance LeadershipEstablish and govern enterprise safety compliance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to statutory, corporate, and global requirementsEnsure compliance with national regulations and global standards (e.g., ATEX, Ammonia, Electrical Safety, TPM Safety Pillar) across all breweriesAct as the single point of accountability for safety compliance assurance across the organisationSupport design and rollout of the India OpCo EHS strategy, aligned to global standards and supply chain prioritiesEnsure consistent interpretation and deployment of EHS policies, standards, and programs across the breweries under India OpCo. 2. Safety Management Systems & StandardisationDesign, implement, and continuously improve Safety Management Systems inline with the internal standardsOwn and govern standard operating procedures, guidelines, and global standards related to safety systemsEnsure consistency and standardisation of safety practices across breweries and warehousesGovern statutory compliance across breweries including audits, inspections, notices, and closure trackingSupport risk assessment, mitigation planning, and escalation management for critical EHS risks3. Critical Risk & Process Safety ManagementLead governance of high‑risk and process safety domains, including: Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX)Ammonia refrigeration safety ComplianceContractor Safety Management Ensure risk assessments, protection documents, and compliance actions are implemented and tracked4. Audit, Assurance & VerificationPlan and oversee safety audits, self‑assessments, and compliance reviewsReview and validate audit findings, action plans, and risk closuresProvide assurance to leadership on compliance status and residual risk exposure5. Incident Management & Learning SystemsGovern incident reporting, investigation, and root‑cause analysis systems (e.g., 5‑Why, PEEPO, 4M)Ensure quality, neutrality, and consistency in incident investigations and reportingDrive learning‑based corrective and preventive actions across the organisationOwn EHS dashboards, scorecards, and management review packsTrack trends, identify systemic gaps, and recommend enterprise‑level interventionsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting from all sitesLead governance of all incidents and high‑potential near missesEnsure quality RCFA, corrective actions, and cross‑site learning implementation6.
