Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven and knowledgeable Cosmetology Sales Specialist with over 3 years of experience in the dermatology / beauty industry. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong sales skills to drive growth across multiple channels with a deep understanding of cosmetology/dermatology products, trends, and client needs. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, managing relationships with distributors, and representing our brand with expertise and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and medical spasPromote and sell professional-grade skincare and cosmetology products to healthcare professionalsEducate dermatologists, clinic staff, and distributors on product efficacy, usage protocols, and treatment integrationConduct in-clinic product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessionsIdentify and onboard new distributors; manage existing distributor performance and growthCollaborate with distributors to ensure alignment of sales targets, branding, and market strategy executionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging dermatological innovationsSupport B2C activations at key malls, heavy footfall locations etc to support the marketing activationsDrive revenue growth through both direct sales and distributor channels while identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accountsForecast sales, track and meet KPIs, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and CRM recordsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives within clinics and distribution networksManage inventory, merchandising, and product displays (if retail-based) Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotions and launches QualificationsGraduation in Science or PharmacyMinimum 3+ years of experience in cosmetology, skincare, or dermatology-related salesProven experience working with dermatology clinics, medical-grade skincare, or aesthetic productsExperience managing or working with distributors or channel partnersStrong understanding of skin physiology, dermatological treatments, and clinical skincare productsFamiliarity of B2C selling environment is an added advantageDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsDecent presentation skills, adequate training capability, and excellent relationship-building skillsAbility to communicate effectively primarily in English as well as Hindi/Marathi with both medical professionals and business stakeholders while building trust and long-term relationshipsHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenComfortable with travel (if applicable) Preferred SkillsBackground in medical aesthetics or skin careExisting network within dermatology clinics or aesthetic practicesExperience in B2B and channel sales will be added advantageBeing a self-starter and ability to work in a startup like environmentFamiliarity with regulatory considerations in dermatology/skincare productsAbility to analyze sales data and optimize distributor performanceStrong negotiation and contract management skillsSocial media savvy for brand promotion and client engagement Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commission structure + allowancesPerformance bonuses Product discounts and incentives Health benefits (as applicable) Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
