Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Infant Stimulation/Early Intervention Therapist/Child Developmental Therapist for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop and implement therapy plans to promote the development of infants and young children with developmental delays or at risk of delays. Responsibilities include conducting developmental assessments, delivering individualized intervention strategies, collaborating with families, and maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes for children under care. QualificationsBackground in Psychology or related fields, with a focus on child developmentExperience in Counseling and delivering early intervention strategiesSkills in Mental Health support and therapeutic techniques for childrenExperience in conducting Psychological Assessment and evaluations for childrenAbility to collaborate with families and provide guidance to caregiversEmpathy, communication, and problem-solving skillsRelevant certifications or degrees in child development, early intervention, psychology, or allied health disciplinesFamiliarity with developmental therapy practices and protocols is preferred
