The role will also support ESG data management and reporting, ensuring that CSR outcomes are effectively captured, analysed, and communicated to internal and external stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone who combines on-ground program ownership with structured thinking and data orientation.Key Responsibilities1. CSR Strategy & Program Management (Core Focus)Support the design and execution of CSR strategy aligned with organisational priorities (e.g., livelihoods, financial inclusion, climate, gender)Identify and onboard credible NGO/implementation partnersDrive end-to-end program management: planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoringConduct field visits and ensure effective on-ground implementationTrack project milestones, outputs, and outcomes against defined KPIsLead impact assessment efforts, including baseline/endline studies and third-party evaluationsEnsure compliance with CSR regulations and internal governance frameworks2. Impact Measurement & ReportingDevelop and track impact metrics and KPIs across CSR initiativesCreate periodic reports, impact summaries, and case studies for internal and external stakeholdersDocument success stories, beneficiary narratives, and program learningsSupport development of annual CSR reports and disclosures3. ESG Data, Reporting & Impact Measurement SupportSupport end-to-end ESG data collection, validation, and management for Vivriti, including collation from internal teams and external stakeholdersMaintain and update ESG and impact datasets across portfolio companiesContribute to investor-facing ESG reporting, including periodic updates, disclosures, and custom data requestsSupport impact reporting aligned to SDGs, including mapping of Vivriti’s portfolio to relevant SDG goals and indicatorsAssist in preparation of annual ESG disclosures with a focus on social and impact dataTrack and analyse ESG and impact metrics to generate insights for internal decision-makingSupport responses to investor and stakeholder queries related to ESG performance and impact4. Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with NGO partners, implementation agencies, and evaluatorsCollaborate with internal teams (HR, ESG, compliance, leadership) for CSR alignmentSupport engagement with donors, investors, and ecosystem partners where requiredKey Skills & CompetenciesMBA / CA / Post-Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in CSR prog management and on-ground executionDemonstrated track record in originating and closing CSR project mandates, manage multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of ESG frameworks & disclosuresExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively to CSR committees and senior leadershipSelf-driven, versatile, and comfortable handling end-to-end in a fast-paced environmentGood analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tracking/reporting is mandatory
