Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Leasing Manager located in Jalandhar, with occasional work-from-home opportunities. The Retail Leasing Manager will oversee property leasing activities, conduct market research, manage lease administration, and handle property management tasks. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with tenants to encourage resident retention and facilitating lease agreements that align with company objectives. Collaboration with a diverse team and regular communication with stakeholders are integral to this role. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Leases and Lease Administration Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends and identify opportunities Skills in Property Management and Resident Retention to maintain tenant satisfaction Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities Experience working in the retail or real estate sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
