Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–7 years Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft CSP Licensing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries and provide expert support related to Microsoft products, including D365 Licensing, Azure, Security, and M365, while offering comprehensive assistance for billing, sales, and renewals.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Product ExpertiseProvide in-depth knowledge and expert guidance on Microsoft D365 and M365 Licensing, Azure, and Security to customers.Hands-on experience in MS partner-led and field-led funding operations and management.Assist customers in selecting appropriate Microsoft licensing options to meet business needs.Stay updated with the latest Microsoft CSP product updates, licensing changes, and best practices.Handle customer queries from USA, UK/Europe, ANZ & APAC regions.Manage customers in Microsoft CSP partner portal, including license enablement and billing support queries.Good to have: Experience in partner operations for AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and Salesforce. Support for Billing, Sales, and RenewalsAddress and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, sales, and renewals promptly and professionally.Assist customers with the renewal process, ensuring clarity on billing statements and payment options.Support sales processes, including quote preparation, order processing, and contract management. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for licensing and technical needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, product adoption, and service delivery. QualificationsPost-graduation in Business Management and Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.4–7 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft CSP licensing and customer management.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including D365, M365 Licensing, Azure, and Dynamics.Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or other relevant certifications.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and customer support tools.Prior experience managing CSP in an IT services company.
