Job Description:Responsible for assuring all financial and accounting operations are in compliance with IndAS, IGAAP and IFRS. Develop local policies, SOPs and procedures where needed.Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures in a timely and accurate manner including preparation of monthly reconciliation of all key balance sheet accounts and supporting schedulesPrepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial results to management teamOversee entire general ledger functionResponsible for Business risk assessment and analysisManage day to day accounting activities and identify and implement more efficient and automated processes and proceduresAssist in sharing information required for monthly, quarterly and annual tax returnsReview and ensure strong financial controls are maintained in the businessEnd to End management of financial Reporting & Audits (Statutory and group reporting)Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / inconsistencies, initiate action and followup for logical closure.Desired Candidate profile:Leadership skills, foster an environment of collaboration and drive changes with implication beyond the finance functionSolid understanding of GAAP (practical knowledge of IndAS IFRS preferred) and handled Big4 auditors for statutory auditExperience implementing internal control proceduresExpert knowledge of SAP & MS – OfficeSoft skills:Qualified CA with 8 -12 years of experienceExcellent communication skills and should be able to mentor/ coach team.Should be a person with Go –getter attitude and able to deliver results with minimum supervision.Expect high level of integrity and ownership at work and able to demonstrate excellence in performance.Should have an eye for detail and drive projects.
