The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with documentation, submission, and client coordination for various countries.Key Responsibilities:Handle visa applications for Europe (Schengen), USA, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Dubai (UAE), and SingaporeVerify and prepare visa documentation as per embassy/consulate requirementsCoordinate with clients for document collection and application updatesFill visa application forms accurately and efficientlySchedule visa appointments and track application statusEnsure compliance with latest immigration and embassy rulesMaintain proper records and documentation for all visa filesProvide guidance to clients regarding visa requirements and process timelinesRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visa processing or travel industryStrong knowledge of visa procedures for Schengen, USA, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, UAE, and SingaporeGood communication and client handling skillsAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple applicationsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation Preferred Skills:Experience in travel agency or visa consultancyKnowledge of online visa portals and embassy systemsBasic understanding of travel itineraries and bookings
