Job Description

Role OverviewThe HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Conduct initial HR screening calls 2. Onboarding & InductionManage pre-joining documentation and verification Assist in offer letter rollout and follow-ups Coordinate onboarding and induction programs Ensure smooth joining formalities 3. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS) Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data Support payroll inputs and documentation 4. Employee EngagementAssist in organizing engagement activities and events Address basic employee queries and concerns Support in maintaining a positive work environment 5. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure proper documentation of employee files Assist in HR audits and compliance requirements Maintain confidentiality of employee information Key Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and interpersonal skills Strong coordination and organizational abilities Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Attention to detail and ability to multitask Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate / MBA in HR or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment Familiarity with HRMS tools is an added advantage
