Job Description: Software Quality Tester (QA)Location - BangaloreExp - 5+ yearWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Tester (QA) to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product stability and quality.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools/frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, and AI-driven testing tools like MABL.Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies for better efficiency and software quality.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging tools, and AI-driven testing technologies.Document and report test results clearly using JIRA/Confluence.Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (for automation).Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.Experience with automation frameworks and testing tools.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
