Job PurposeThe role incumbent will be responsible for independently managing and driving key technology projects relating to Data Management & Governance, business change requests and technology initiatives for key systems. Create Data Technology Road Map that enables solid enterprise data strategy. Incumbent shall be self-driven and will work independently with stakeholders across departments. The incumbent will also be owning technology innovations, performance improvements and compliance activities.RoleUnderstand the business requirement & challenges and convert them into solution design and ensure implementationKnowledge of data warehousing and ETL methodology making use of cloud-based technologies like AWS and ONPREM technologies like YARN, Spark and PysparkStrong experience in building modern data warehouse including structured and unstructured dataExperience in data quality identification and implementation of data governance principlesEnsure and publish progress of key projects periodically.Knowledge of end-to-end loan origination, maintenance, and servicing, with loan accounting, recon and related processesCoordinate with the vendors and in house teams for prioritization, planning, delivery, and deploymentPerform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking.Handle audit and compliance activities for the systems.Track agreed SLAs with vendors, process vendor invoices.Identify gaps and opportunities for increasing process and operational efficiency with measurable outcomes.Qualification & experienceYears of experience: 7-10 years of experienceGood experience in of Application Management, LOS, LMS, Data Management, AWS, Kafka, Databases like Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake. Good to have, not mandatory – MBAEssential skillsSolution Architect with ability to independently manage and execute data projects end to end, requirement analysis, mapping requirements to system solutioning, vendor management. analysis of issues and providing resolutions.Exposure to lending systems and domain will be an advantageTechnology skills - Databases, API, client server architectureIdeal candidate (in terms of current role/ organization/ industry)An individual inclined to learn and explore new technologies and utilise the best out of the resources in hand.Able to influence and work in a collaborative mannerPreferably from Banking/Financial services industry
