Drive profitability, financial planning, and data backed strategic decision-making to support high-growth operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning; drive monthly performance reviews with clear variance analysis and actionable insights. Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, pricing effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Oversee manufacturing finance including standard costing, inventory controls, plant performance tracking, and working capital management. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, capex decisions, and business expansion plans. Strengthen governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management across India operations. Key Qualifications:CA with 10–14 years’ experience preferably in FMCG / Food Manufacturing.
