Utilize AWS cost management tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize costs in alignment with the organization's budget and financial goals. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform to automate and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective scaling and compliance with financial policies. Operational Excellence: Leverage ServiceNow and Jira to streamline cloud operations processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste. Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate financial optimization principles into daily operations. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to analyze cloud expenditure data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into cloud spending. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Senior Director of Cloud Architecture and cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud optimization strategies that support the company's growth and innovation objectives. Cost Optimization Projects: Lead initiatives focused on reducing cloud spend, such as reserved instance purchasing, identifying underutilized resources, and negotiating contracts with cloud service providers.Training and Advocacy: Promote a culture of cost awareness and efficiency.
