Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and structured Program Manager to join our Personal Training (PT) team. This role will be critical in driving high-impact initiatives across centers, including business turnaround, cost optimization, and hiring strategy design. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in solving complex, on-ground operational challenges.
