Senior Liquidation ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vendor & Liquidation Manager to oversee vendor relationships, procurement processes, and the liquidation of refurbished mobile devices and electronic products. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal vendor performance, timely procurement, and efficient inventory liquidation, supporting business growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers of refurbished mobile phones, iPhones and android.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive procurement.Oversee inventory liquidation, ensuring timely sales or disposal of unsold or obsolete stock.Monitor vendor performance, including quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to align procurement and liquidation strategies.Analyze market trends, pricing, and product demand to make informed procurement and liquidation decisions.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.Identify opportunities to optimize vendor costs, procurement processes, and stock liquidation.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineer or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or inventory liquidation (electronics preferred).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of refurbished electronics market is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software preferred.Experience:Prior experience handling high-value electronics or mobile devices is preferred.Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and inventory liquidation.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary and performance incentives.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing refurbished electronics business.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
