Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and strong knowledge of HR and/or Finance business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:Workday StudioCore ConnectorsEIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.Maintain and enhance existing integrations based on business needs.Work with functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues.Handle data transformation using XML, XSLT, and JSON.Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company policies.Participate in Workday releases and implement necessary changes.Create and maintain technical documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.Strong experience with:Workday StudioCore Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits)EIB (inbound/outbound)Good knowledge of:XML, XSLT, JSONWeb Services (SOAP & REST APIs)Understanding of Workday business objects and data structures.Experience with integration middleware or tools is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.Familiarity with security concepts in Workday integrations.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules.Workday Integration Certification (preferred but not mandatory).Knowledge of cloud platforms or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).Basic understanding of programming languages like Java or Python.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to quality
