GTM Sales Owner This is a high-ownership, high-upside opportunity for someone who wants to operate independently and get rewarded directly for outcomes.WorkVerge is building a unified operations platform that helps organizations move away from fragmented tools toward a single system of record for assets, services, and internal workflows.What You’ll Own• Build pipeline from scratch• Prospect into IT leaders (Decision makers and Influencers)• Run full-cycle sales (outbound → discovery → close)• Engage in technical conversations (assets, cloud, access, compliance)* Consistent outbound discipline and pipeline ownershipThis is a build role — there is no existing pipeline.What We’re Looking For• 3–6 years in B2B SaaS• Proven ability to close deals independently• Strong outbound discipline (40–50 touches/day)• Confidence selling to technical buyers• Comfortable operating without hand-holdingCompensationThis is a performance-led role with no fixed salary.• Industry-leading commission structure• Uncapped earnings potential• Direct correlation between effort, performance, and incomeThis role is best suited for individuals who prefer ownership and upside over fixed compensation.Who This Is For• Self-driven sellers who don’t need structure to perform• Individuals already comfortable generating their own pipeline• People who want to maximize earnings, not cap themIf you’ve worked in environments where you were expected to figure things out, open doors, and close — this will feel familiar.Email:
