In doing so, you will gain a thorough understanding of our products, processes and technologies, while steadily growing into a more responsible role.Your tasks will include:Supporting the planning, structuring and preparation of client projectsAssisting with scoping, requirements gathering and validation together with the clientBuilding a solid understanding of our solutions from both a technical and a business perspectiveCreating and maintaining project plans, timelines, work packages and status updatesMonitoring milestones, deadlines and delivery progressSupporting client communication and the day-to-day coordination of projectsCreating and maintaining clear, complete and reliable project documentationLearning to work with our project management tool JiraContributing ideas to improve quality, efficiency and profitability across our projectsWhat you bring with youYou do not need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are eager to learn, willing to take ownership and motivated to grow with us.Ideally, you will bring:A completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldInitial practical experience in IT, project management, programme management or a similar environmentBasic knowledge of Agile, Scrum or modern project delivery methodsIdeally 6 to 12 months of relevant practical experienceA strong interest in technology, digital solutions and complex processesA structured and reliable way of workingStrong communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients and colleaguesGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics at the same timeInitiative, willingness to learn and a positive attitudeExperience in the localisation industry would be an advantage, but is not essentialYour development with usWe are not looking for someone to fill a static role.
