The role involves direct field interaction, relationship building, and coordinationto ensure merchants are successfully onboarded and complete their first transaction on theplatform.This role provides hands-on exposure to marketplace operations, field execution, and partnermanagement.Key Responsibilities Identify potential merchants through field visits and online research Explain Hello Power’s platform, benefits, and process clearly Support merchant onboarding, KYC documentation, and app setup Ensure first job or transaction activation Execute local referral and acquisition campaigns Maintain onboarding data and performance reportsInternship Options & CompensationOption A: Pursuing Students (3–6 Months | No PPO) Training: 1st Month – Unpaid Incentives: After 2nd month (per merchant acquisition) Allowances: Up to ₹3,000 from 2nd months Stipend: ₹5,000–₹8,000 after 1 months Certificate & LOR: After 3 monthsOption B: Graduate Trainees (6–12 Months | PPO Eligible) Training: 1st Month – Unpaid Incentives: After 2nd month (per merchant acquisition) Allowances: Up to ₹3,000 from 2nd months Stipend: ₹10,000 after 1 months Certificate & LOR: After 6 months PPO: Yes, up to ₹4 LPA Recruitment: Online & Offline
