( Please note this is an on-site opening for the Dubai Location)Lead SAP FICO – AR & GL (RE‑FX project exposure)Onsite: DubaiWe are seeking an experienced Lead SAP FICO Consultant to take ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) while providing strong functional leadership to technical teams.Hands-on exposure to SAP Real Estate Management (RE‑FX/RFX – UAE) and the financial domain is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Own and lead end‑to‑end AR and GL processesProvide functional leadership, guiding and reviewing solutions delivered by technical consultantsConfigure and manage Revenue Recognition on both cash and accrual basisHandle post‑dated cheque processing using Bills of ExchangeManage Customer Ageing, Provisioning, Write‑offs, and Write‑backsImplement and support discounting of long‑term receivablesPerform FINTAP interest income calculationsOversee Customer Dunning, Collections, and credit management processesEnsure compliance with UAE financial practices and banking integrationsAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders, banking partners, and SAP teamsMandatory Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in SAP FICO (AR & GL) in a lead capacityProven experience with SAP RE‑FX / RFX (UAE Real Estate processes)Exposure to banking integrations, cheque management, and financial instrumentsAbility to mentor teams and drive functional best practices
