The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in scaling complex mobility/logistics/transport businesses, driving P&L growth, building high-performing teams, and introducing innovative solutions in a dynamic ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & GrowthLead overall strategic direction and operational excellence across functions.Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team, fostering innovation and collaboration.Spearhead expansion across geographies and service verticals.Represent the organization with government, regulators, industry bodies, and strategic partners.2. Commercial Operations & Technology EnablementDrive end-to-end operations: fleet, sourcing, supply chain, safety, finance, HR, and administration.Develop business plans for cost optimization, scalability, and service excellence.Build technology partnerships to enable large-scale digital transformation.Champion a zero-accident, safety-first culture with compliance at the core.3. P&L and Financial ManagementTake full ownership of business P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for EBITDA-positive performance.Implement cost efficiency and productivity enhancement models across value streams.4.
