Key Responsibilities :● Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.● Generate and qualify new sales leads.● Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team.● Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.● Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.● Support the sales team in preparing proposals and follow-ups.● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements :● Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Master’s degree in Business and Marketing with a Technical Background.● 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong interest and Passionate towards sales and business development.● Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.● Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.● Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tools is a plus.● Experience dealing with EMEA and USA customers.● Availability in Office from 2 PM to 11 PM.● Should be comfortable working in any shift.Preferred Skills :● Lead generation and prospecting● Negotiation and relationship building● Basic understanding of sales processes● Strong presentation skills
