Job Title: Oracle PBCS / EPBCS Company: ANP Consulting Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6–12 Years Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners PreferredRole: Contact (1 Year)About the Role:ANP Consulting is looking for highly skilled Oracle PBCS / EPBCS Professionals who can independently drive end-to-end implementation, solution design, and delivery of enterprise performance management solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PBCS / EPBCS solutions from requirement gathering to deployment.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.Design and architect planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.Develop and configure applications including business rules, data forms, dashboards, and reports.Handle data integration using tools like Data Management / FDMEE.Drive solution design discussions, workshops, and client presentations.Ensure best practices in performance optimization, security, and governance.Lead UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building.Required Skills & Expertise:Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PBCS / EPBCS implementations.Expertise in Planning modules, Workforce Planning, Capex, Financial Planning.Proficiency in business rules, calculation manager, and scripting.Experience with data integration tools (FDMEE / Data Management).Good understanding of financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, consolidation.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle EPM certifications (PBCS / EPBCS).Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.Exposure to multi-country or multi-currency environments.
