Ensure adherence to travel entitlements, approvals, and SLAs; highlight deviations and obtain approvals where required. Act as the POC for employees on travel queries. Liaise with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and cab vendors to ensure service delivery. Support cost optimization initiatives. Maintain travel data and support MIS, dashboards, compliance, and spend reports.
