Job Description

M365 Tenant Management : • M365 Tenant and Platform Administration including configuration and setup • Strong exposure on M365 fundamentals including License Management, User & Mailbox, MS teams, Onedrive for Business, Sharepoint Online administration, M365 productivity tools, ATP, Azure AD • Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripting for Tasks automation using various PS modules • Hands-on knowledge on Azure AD, Azure AD connect for M365 modules • Experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 security and identity • Experience in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection, and Intune • Experience in AIP & DLP administration and support • Should have good understanding on Monitoring and reporting of Service Health & Message Center MS Teams Administration : • Hands-on knowledge in MS Teams • Handling issues related to instant messaging, channels, Files, Presentation, Collaboration • Managing Microsoft Teams Admin center for all configuration, policies, settings and regular updates • Managing and setting up Live events • Configuration of enrolling New SBC, Add a call Queue, adding direct routing, Call Park policy, Calling Policy, assigning phone numbers to users, Forwarding simultenious ringing, Delegation and voicemail , Decommissioning of IP phones, configuring dial plan, deleting SBC etc. • Management of Organizational profiles • Co-ordinate with Microsoft for any L4 issues and functionality changes • Ability to manage M365 services, Microsoft cases,Usage report, Global settings, Prepare service availability report, operational summary report on monthly basis as per agreed template One Drive For Business : • OneDrive sync client management • Analyze and understand permission and meeting the compliance as per Organization policy • Access management and access delegation • Enable or Disable user storage and OneDrive features • Provision the folders according to data growth Service Management, Monitoring: • Automation of operational and support tasks • Continuous service improvement • SLA and service management aligned with ITIL process • Status reporting and communication • Major incident management | Problem management • Knowledge Articles, SOPs • SharePoint Online Administration : § Site collection and lifecycle management § Term Store, Search, Secure Store, Sharing, Access Control § Business connectivity services § Creation, movement, copy, deletion, restoration and archival of sites, contents in libraries & lists § Site collection storage, server resource quota, usage trends § Governance, Evergreen releases § Implementation of Governance framework § Dashboard monitoring and managing Objects § Guest access and External sharing § Define policies for platform Governance § New workload testing and preparation § Analysis, configuration, testing of preview features § Patch and configuration management Security and Compliance § Data loss prevention § Secure Score services § Data and Information protection § Advanced threat protection configuration § Conditional Access Policies configuration § Multi factor authentication § Security events and Alerts M365 Application Management : § Good knowledge in handling M365 productivity tools like Yammer, Froms, OneNote, Sway, Stream, MS Project and Visio Online, To Do, Planner etc.
