This role is critical in delivering the company’s job-guarantee commitment and maintaining high placement success rates.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer & Industry Partnerships • Develop and maintain relationships with companies across sectors such asBusiness Analytics, FinTech, Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT services. • Identify hiring needs and create placement opportunities for trained students. • Schedule and coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins, and virtual hiring events. • Build long-term partnerships and repeat hiring pipelines.Student Placement Management • Ensure placement readiness of students through coordination with training teams. • Match candidate profiles with employer requirements. • Track student progress from training completion to final placement. • Ensure job guarantee commitments are fulfilled within defined timelines.Campus Coordination • Work closely with partner colleges and placement cells. • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career sessions. • Maintain strong relationships with college stakeholders.Data & Reporting • Maintain placement databases and hiring pipelines. • Track key metrics: • Placement rate • Average salary packages • Offer conversion ratio • Employer satisfaction • Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports for management.Candidate Support • Conduct resume reviews and mock interview coordination. • Provide career guidance and job search support. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the placement process.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Student placement rate • Number of hiring partners onboarded • Offer-to-joining ratio • Average salary packages achieved • Time taken to place candidates after course completion.Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management or related field. • 2–5 years experience in placements, recruitment, HR or EdTech career services. • Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously. • Strong organizational and reporting skills. • Experience in campus placements or training institutes is a strong advantage.Preferred Skills • Experience working with MBA/BBA/ Engineering student placements. • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and placement tracking systems. • Understanding of job market trends and hiring cycles.Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech company. • Direct impact on student careers and employability. • Exposure to industry hiring partners across multiple sectors. • Performance-driven incentives based on placement success.
