Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented developer with recent experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms and Reports Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work on developing, maintaining, and enhancing our in-house developed application using Oracle Forms and Reports ver. 12 that extensively uses Oracle database procedures, packages, triggers etc.Additionally, a basic understanding of Unix systems is required for performing scripting and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and gain hands-on experience in Oracle-based development and related technologies.Key Skills and Responsibilities:· Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development and maintenance, and documentation to meet business requirements.· Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming is required to develop and maintain Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Views Etc.· Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing UI and database objects.· Exposure to Oracle utilities such as SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, UTL_HTTP are desirable.· Performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries is a huge plus.· Write basic Unix scripts for automation and application support tasks.· Exposure to Oracle middleware, WebLogic preferred.Education and Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, Information Technology or in a related field.
