JOB DESCRIPTION- Safety In-charge ABOUT SOLARSURE Nevronas Solar Pvt. Ltd. (SolarSure) is a fast-growing infrastructure EPC company focused on delivering high-quality civil construction solutions. Our expertise includes substation civil works, power infrastructure, industrial construction, and utility-scale projects, with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, quality assurance, transparency, and timely project execution. ROLE OVERVIEW The Safety In-charge will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project safety guidelines. The role involves identifying hazards, implementing preventive measures, and promoting a strong safety culture on site. KEY RESPONSIBITIES Implement the site safety plan and safety management system. Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments. Organize toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for site workers. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel. Monitor safety during excavation works, lifting operations, concreting, and material handling. Prepare Job Hazard Analysis reports. Identify potential hazards and unsafe practices and initiate corrective actions. Maintain safety records, permits, and incident reports. Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and safety violations. Ensure compliance with client safety standards and statutory safety regulations. Coordinate with project management for continuous safety improvements. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized AICTE-approved institute. Certification: Certification in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction projects. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards. Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits. Good communication skills for training and awareness programs. Strong observation and problem-solving skills. Software Proficiency: MS Office Suite. SCHEDULE Shift: As per construction requirements, Full Time, Permanent. Work Location: Udaipur, Beawar (Rajasthan) Industry: Construction Industry / Power Infrastructure
