We are seeking a Data Modeller to design, optimize, and maintain scalable data models that support analytics, reporting, and application needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modelling techniques, database design, and ETL/ELT workflows, along with proficiency in SQL and modern data platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Develop data dictionaries, metadata standards, and modelling documentation.Optimize database structures for performance, scalability, and storage efficiency.Collaborate with engineering teams to implement models in data warehouses/lakes.Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.Support ETL/ELT flow design and integration with modelling structures.Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models.Required SkillsStrong understanding of data modelling concepts (3NF, Star/Snowflake schemas).Expertise in SQL and relational database design.Experience with data warehouses/lakes (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration tools.Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and master data management.Hands-on with modelling tools (Erwin, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
