Your ImpactManage high volume interview scheduling for our Talent Acquisition team in EMEA (EMEA working hours)Provide enthusiastic guidance and communication to potential hires, interview teams and hiring managers as it relates to the interview scheduling and logistics throughout the interview processPartner with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycleMaintain a consistent follow up with interviewers and candidates throughout the hiring process in order to enhance positive hiring experienceActively maintain and update regional talent acquisition operations training guides and standard operating procedures documentsAd hoc reporting from our applicant tracking systemWork from our Bangalore office minimum 3 days per weekAssist with onsite interviews and other onsite related projectsYour ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredDemonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentialityFlexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands & deadlinesDetail oriented; able to “connect dots” to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient at handling high volumes of work & multitaskingExperience with Paradox, Workday, ServiceNow is preferredThe TeamOur People team at Palo Alto Networks works throughout the organization to enable...you guessed it, people.
