NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) is our structured Apprenticeship Program aimed at providing hands-on learning opportunities only for fresh graduates / post graduates (Eligible Batch FY'21-FY'25) helping them build industry-ready skills & kick start their career with us.Through this program, we’re investing in early talent by offering them mentorship & a strong foundation to grow with us.Roles & Responsibilities 1 Customer/Brand/Design - Understand the Brand Requirement / DNAAlike -[Customer Age group, Expectation on the Brand and Design]2 Planning - Understand GTM Calendar / Buy PlansMap PP/Gold seal and manage the time line with in 2-daysFlash the Number of Proto /pp/Dexter update/ Size specReceived request and resolved and pending details to the line manager /Team lead3 Knowledge Bank - Understand Categories in the Brand and various Fits/Blocks and garment constructions and review.4 Risk AssessmentDesign Hand shake [ understand the design sheet and Make sure design information issufficient enough to the Vendor/COE ]5 Manage SkillsPreparing the size spec for Every style ensures to upload the size spec in the PLM and make suppliers understand the specs.Lead Sample review and approval along with Design team, ensure that comments given by design team is incorporated in the - Proto & PP/Gold seal,After sample review comments to be sent to the vendors /update in plm with in 48 hrs6 Develop Leadership skills [People connect]Establish the connection with Sourcing/Brand/Design /Internal team lead and members .Conduct weekly meeting with stakeholders and Review Buy plan have clarity onsamples no for succeeding week and month .7 KPI/ Data presentationKPI Reporting on weekly basis with Line manager /Dept leadRight 1st time [Monitor Proto and PP sample review and rejection rate with root cause analysis]Time line management-Size spec update on style level + season wise master chart + style attributes-review buy plan in the weekly meeting-publish proto and pp approval with in time line ;[ pp sample s/b approved with in 45 days prior to delivery ]- Dexter update / Followup ( this could be exception from candidates)3.Maintain a Master data sheet of sample approval on a sample tracker .Brand/style ids/type of samples/status of approval / If rej -Reason for rej[1. Design /fit change, 2. Spec related issue/Pattern related issues, 3.Workmanship/out of tolerance]4.Ensure Fit integrity is delivered to the customer [ Block check ]etcQualifications & Experience 1. Communication skills - speaking with clarity is very critical.2. Ability to use tools like Excel and also Google sheets3. Ability to speak effectively and share training decks with sellers.4. Excel and PPT knowledge is a must.
