ThreatXIntel is committed to enabling business growth through secure, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions.Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced Program Managers with strong Power BI expertise to lead large-scale analytics and BI programs for a global pharmaceutical client.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery, stakeholder management, and Power BI-led analytics solutions, along with domain experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of Power BI and analytics programs across multiple projectsOwn program plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget trackingDrive agile/hybrid delivery models (sprint planning, backlog management, releases)Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requestsPower BI & Analytics LeadershipProvide functional oversight of Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic modelsEnsure best practices in:Data modeling and DAXPerformance optimizationSecurity (RLS)Deployment pipelines and governanceCollaborate with data engineering teams for data readiness (Azure, SQL, etc.)Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary offshore point of contact for delivery and program healthPresent executive-level reports, KPIs, and dashboardsTranslate business requirements into actionable delivery plansTeam Leadership & GovernanceLead and mentor offshore Power BI developers, analysts, and QA teamsEstablish delivery standards, documentation, and quality processesEnsure compliance with enterprise data governance and security policiesRequired Skills & ExperienceDomain ExperienceMandatory experience in Pharma or Medical Device industryProgram Management7+ years in Program Management / Delivery LeadershipExperience managing large-scale BI/analytics programsStrong offshore/onshore delivery experienceTechnical ExpertisePower BI (Desktop & Service)DAX, data modeling, semantic layer designPower BI deployment pipelines & lifecycle managementStrong SQL and relational database knowledgeFamiliarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with global stakeholdersStrong communication and executive presentation skillsConsulting or enterprise-scale delivery background
