About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead non-tech hiring across Sales and Operations functions. This role requires strong expertise in team handling, stakeholder management, and high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:● Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Support roles● Build strong pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social hiring, vendor management)● Ensure structured screening and assessment aligned with business needs● Lead and manage a team of recruiters; drive performance and productivity● Set clear KRAs, monitor daily/weekly hiring metrics, and provide regular feedback● Mentor and coach team members to improve sourcing, screening, and stakeholder handling skills● Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and process compliance● Partner with Business Heads, Sales Leaders, and Ops Managers to understand hiring needs● Act as a strategic advisor on market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility● Drive regular hiring reviews and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines● Manage expectations and ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience● Track and report key metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost per hire● Identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency● Ensure smooth offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordinationRequired Skills:● Strong experience in non-tech hiring (Sales/Operations roles)● Proven experience in team handling● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills● Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment● Strong data orientation and reporting skills● Expertise in closing candidates and offer negotiation
