As Head of Cloud Management, you will develop and execute the strategic plans of ArcelorMittal’s global cloud and systems infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and standardized cloud services across all ArcelorMittal entities, enabling operational excellence and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Operations Oversight· Oversee engineering and Level 2/3 support for:· Windows Server & Linux environments· Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO)· Backup and storage solutions· Ensure robust incident management processes:· Resolution aligned with standards and procedures· Coordination between end-users and suppliers· Escalation and communication per SLAs and matrix protocolsGovernance & Compliance· Implement service management principles and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.· Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.Team & Stakeholder Management· Lead and mentor the Cloud team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.· Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and executive stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with strategic goals.Strategic Leadership· Define and execute the global cloud strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.· Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize infrastructure and optimize cloud operations.· Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and automation.QualificationsEducation· Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience· Minimum 10+ years in systems support and infrastructure management· Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and large-scale cloud environmentsTechnical Skills· Expertise in Azure, Windows Server, Linux· Strong knowledge of AD/GPO, backup tools, TCP/IP networking· Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworksSkills & specifications :· Azure/Windows//Linux· AD / GPO· Backup tools· TCPIP· Used to Service Management principles
