You’ll design large-scale employee engagements as well as high-profile brand experiences. From employee annual days to premium product launches and experiences, you’ll craft the story, theme, and journey that sets our events apart.Responsibilities• Lead concept development for HR-driven events (annual days, R&Rs, conferences, family days, townhalls, etc.) and marketing events (launches, showcases, lifestyle evenings, dealers/partners meet, etc.).• Create audience-first journeys staging, engagement formats, entertainment arcs, immersive zones.• Partner with HR leaders to design formats that drive culture, recognition, and employee pride.• Partner with marketing leaders to deliver visibility, storytelling, and consumer impact.• Oversee creative decks, scripts, AV content, show flows, and design briefs.• Leading the strategy team and mentoring the team as well as maintaining team performance matrix.• Collaborate with production team to balance ambition with feasibility and budgets.• Present confidently to HR Heads, CMOs, and CXOs.• Mentor and guide creative team members.• IP creation for the brands in both reactive and proactive ways.KPIs• Increasing pitch conversion rates (HR + marketing).• Client satisfaction scores.• Success of concepts in driving measurable outcomes (engagement levels, participation, visibility, recall).• Repeat business won on the strength of ideas.• Creation of IP formats.• Writing case studies which should reflect event ROI.Skills & Experience• 7–10 years in event conceptualization/experiential marketing/creative strategy across both HR and marketing events.• Portfolio showing large corporate HR engagements and brand/launch, activations, experiential marketing.• Strong storytelling ability, combining emotion (employees) and aspiration (consumers).• Deep understanding of HR objectives & marketing KPIs.• Knowledge of AV, stagecraft, artist curation, and engagement formats.• Excellent pitching & presentation skills.• Excellent skill in converting briefs into a pitch, the client's Wishlist into an unforgettable sequence, and making them actionable for coworkers.• Excellent communication & presentation skills, excellent coordination between top-level stakeholders.This role will report to one of the Co-Founders.• Accept a background check• 7+ years of work experience with Concept Development/Creative Strategy/Experiential Marketing• Master's DegreeRequirements added by the job poster• 7+ years of Events Services experience• Can start immediately• Accept a background check• Working in an onsite setting• Master of Business Administratio
