We focus on pragmatic, production-ready systems that deliver measurable business value.We are hiring a mid-to-senior level Systems Implementation Engineer (independent IC) to expand delivery capacity and improve system reliability across engagements.This is a hands-on engineering role working directly with the founder.What You’ll Work On● Backend development in Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django as appropriate)● Building and maintaining API integrations● Working with structured and messy operational data● SQL-based data modeling and transformation● Deploying applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP● Hardening and refactoring production systems● Supporting applied AI workflows and automation tools● Improving documentation and deployment processes Occasional exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, internal databases).Technical Requirements Strong experience in:● Python (production environment)● REST APIs● SQL● Data manipulation (Pandas or equivalent)● Cloud deployment basics (AWS / Azure / GCP)Nice to have:● Snowflake or BigQuery● Basic container familiarity● Experience integrating with enterprise systems● Exposure to applied AI toolingWe care more about sound engineering judgment and the ability to work independently than stack purity.The Kind of Engineer Who Thrives Here You:● Have 4–8+ years of experience in production environments● Are comfortable working in imperfect real-world environments● Can take loosely defined problems and move them to production● Write clean, readable, maintainable code● Think in systems, not just functions● Communicate clearly about tradeoffs● Value reliability over novelty● Learn new platforms quickly when requiredThis role requires strong ownership and independent problem-solving.
