Role : EUC Technicians -Deskside remote supportExperience : 4 to 7 years Location : HyderabadKeyword : Intune, Application Packaging, Autopilot, SCCM, EUC support, GPO Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role Act as EUC SME for modern workplace and endpoint management. Manage patching, compliance, and security baselines. Package, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications. Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 teams for issue resolution and problem management Ensure SLA compliance, accurate ticket updates, and closure documentation Support EUC-related change, rollout, and upgrade activities Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and EUC documentation
