You’ll manage our digital advertising budget across Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and emerging channels—optimizing for both lead volume and quality. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences revenue. You’ll build campaigns from the ground up, test aggressively, and scale what works. You’ll also set up the marketing technology stack and automation systems that power our lead nurturing and conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesPAID CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENTPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInDevelop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and interestsCreate and test ad copy, creative variations, and landing page combinationsManage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining lead quality standardsMonitor performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve resultsCONVERSION OPTIMIZATIONDesign and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion ratesImplement A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and CTAsAnalyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and analyticsIdentify and eliminate friction points in the conversion funnelContinuously improve cost-per-lead and lead-to-consultation conversion ratesMARKETING TECHNOLOGY & AUTOMATIONSet up and manage CRM system for lead tracking and nurturing (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Build marketing automation workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaignsImplement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and attribution modelsIntegrate marketing tools with admissions systems for seamless lead handoffEnsure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulationsANALYTICS & REPORTINGTrack and report on key metrics: CPL, conversion rates, ROI, CAC, LTVBuild dashboards to monitor campaign performance and business healthConduct deep-dive analyses to understand what’s driving resultsPresent insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teamsMaintain clean data practices and documentationGROWTH EXPERIMENTATIONTest new channels, formats, and targeting strategies to expand reachDevelop retargeting and lookalike audience strategiesExplore emerging platforms and tactics (YouTube, programmatic, influencer partnerships)Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updatesWhat We’re Looking For – Essential3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns with proven ROIDeep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make optimization decisionsExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsKnowledge of conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing methodologiesProficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneouslyWhat We’re Looking For – PreferredExperience in education, EdTech, or premium service industriesTrack record generating high-quality leads for complex, considered purchasesLinkedIn Ads experience and B2B marketing backgroundFamiliarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow)Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certificationsBasic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customizationWhat We OfferDirect ownership of paid media strategy with significant budget responsibilityOpportunity to build marketing systems and processes from the ground upPerformance-based incentives tied to lead generation and conversion metricsAccess to training, certifications, and professional development resourcesCollaborative environment with data-driven culture and growth mindsetSend your resume and examples of successful campaigns you’ve managed (including metrics) to .
