Job Description

What You Will Do Own defined workstreams across client and practice programmes, including audience briefs, ICP specifications, segmentation frameworks and review packs Build and maintain structured targeting logic, audience definitions and supporting research outputs Research and contextualise client markets, target audiences and competitive landscapes to sharpen programme decisions Support proposal and pre-sales development with specific, relevant intelligence inputs rather than generic content Review outputs for quality, alignment and usability before they reach clients or execution teams Use AI tools as a practical part of research, synthesis and first-draft development Contribute to selected practice-building and marketing initiatives as priorities evolve What We Are Looking For 4–7 years of experience in research, B2B marketing, demand generation, consulting, events, or related roles Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn vague business questions into structured work Clear, precise writing and good communication judgement Comfort working with incomplete inputs and changing briefs Strong research capability, including practical use of AI tools A genuine interest in how intelligence, targeting and programme design connect to commercial outcomes High standards for quality, relevance and clarity
