Job SummaryWe are looking for a Workday HCM & Recruitment Consultant with strong functional expertise in Human Capital Management and Recruiting modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM and Recruiting solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.Translate business requirements into Workday functional configurations.Configure and maintain:Job requisitionsCandidate pipelinesInterview and hiring workflowsOffer management and onboarding processesSupport end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within Workday.Design and maintain business process frameworks (BPs) in Workday.Configure security roles and user access for HCM and Recruiting.Perform system testing (Unit Testing, UAT) and support deployments.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.Generate and analyze reports and dashboards for HR and recruitment metrics.Support Workday releases and implement enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with hands-on experience in Recruiting module.Strong understanding of HR processes:Talent acquisitionWorkforce planningEmployee lifecycle managementExperience in:Business Process Framework (BPF) configurationSecurity configurationWorkday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)Good knowledge of:Workday data model and business objectsCalculated fieldsStrong functional consulting and stakeholder interaction skills.Preferred QualificationsWorkday HCM and/or Recruiting Certification.Experience in full-cycle Workday implementation projects.Knowledge of integrations between Workday and third-party recruitment tools.Exposure to modules like Compensation, Absence, or Talent Management.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesTeam collaboration and adaptability
