With a mission to revolutionize the industry, AQUAAIRX stands at the forefront of technological advancements in autonomous systems.Role Description: As a Senior UAV Pilot (VTOL), you will lead UAV flight operations, mission planning, an testing of advanced VTOL systems. You will be responsible for training junior pilots, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting R&D teams in integration and validation of autonomous systems and payloads.Key Responsibilities: • Lead all VTOL flight operations, from pre-flight to mission debrief.  • Oversee testing and performance evaluation of prototype UAVs.  • Develop and document flight test procedures, checklists, and safety protocols. • Coordinate with design and avionics teams for system tuning and optimization.  • Train and mentor junior UAV pilots and technicians.  • Support payload integration, flight controller configuration, and mission planning. Qualifications: • B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or related fields.  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UAV operations, including VTOL platforms. • Strong expertise in flight control systems, GCS software, and mission management.Renumeration: • Market competitive salary • Growth opportunities that align with your direct ability in helping the company, rather than an arbitrary corporate ladder • ESOP / equity participation based on Performance • Support for skills upgrading / learning credits • Healthcare support • Special access to industry events
