Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven designer who can craft compelling visuals and copy across digital and print channels. This role demands a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, especially in healthcare and rural markets.Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid campaigns, and print (hoardings, brochures, leaflets, etc.)Develop conversion-focused ad creatives aligned with campaign objectivesCreate brand-consistent visual identities across platformsWrite engaging copy for creatives (headlines, captions, CTAs)Collaborate with marketing teams to translate insights into impactful designsAdapt creatives for regional/rural audiences with cultural relevanceRequirements:3+ years of experience in B2C marketing environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing healthcare and/or rural marketing campaignsProficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, FigmaAbility to balance creativity with performance marketing goalsStrong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytellingMust own a high-performance laptop capable of handling design tools efficiently (BYOD model)Access to reliable high-speed internet for seamless collaborationAvailability on Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp during work hours and as required for coordination
